- Our technical department is located at the center of the city and has fully equipped workshop. We have a team of over 30 technical professionals who are capable of providing efficient and prompt technical support to clients. Our technical staffs have under gone manufacturers training from our suppliers.
- All products of Canon, Gestetner, REXEL, NOBO & Kindermann such as Copiers, Copy-Printers , Color and Laser printers, Fax-machines, Scanners, Multi-functional machines, Calculators, Photo and Video cameras, Shredders, Flip charts, Notice boards, Over-head projectors, Binders and Laminators are fully maintained and serviced at our workshop.
- All staffs at our workshop are well trained, reliable and experienced. Some have even worked for Gellatly Hankey for over 20 years. They have had the opportunity to be trained by professionals from Canon, Gestetner and other suppliers.
Warranty:
- All products under warranty period are properly registered and guaranteed for all factory defects for the time specified on our sales agreement. Free service and technical support would be given through out the period. Service contract after the warranty period can be signed with Gellatly Hankey & Co. to ensure machines continue to function properly for a long period of time.
Technical Support Calls:
- An average of 25 calls each day from customers and/or new clients requesting for technical support are taken care in the most efficient way. Calls are received and prioritized according to the conditions of request and field technicians are promptly sent to the customer's premises.
Spare Parts:
- For all products mentioned above, Gellatly Hankey adequately provides the different kinds of parts and consumables required. We keep sufficient genuine spare parts in stock in order to avoid dissatisfaction of customers arising from machines not working due to lack of spare parts.
Service Contracts:
- We highly encourage our esteemed customers to sign contractual service agreement which is substantially important to prolong the life time of goods supplied and reduce service expenditure. For goods under service contract, a Product Identification Card (PIC) is issued and permanently granted preventive maintenance.
